Q2 2023 Milestone Award Winners

Congratulations to our RJV recognition award winners for this past quarter: Chris, Nathan, Ryan and Paris.

Awards winners are recognised for their ongoing commitment and demonstration of the RJV Foundations:

  • Better Together 
  • Give Respect, Earn Respect
  • Own the Outcome
  • Make a Positive Impact

Chris in our project management team perfectly exemplified the RJV Foundation ‘Better Together’ when he helped our Flynn Drive team achieve excellent feedback during a project risk assessment audit.

Similarly, Nathan from our safety team worked closely and efficiently with our operations team to achieve outstanding audit results at several of our civil construction projects, gaining him recognition for upholding our RJV Foundations ‘Better Together’ and ‘Owning the Outcome’.

Ryan, in operations, was recognised for ‘Make a Positive Impact’, His positive attitude uplifts and inspires, and he consistently upholds high standards in both safety and production encouraging positive health and safety behaviours in his team. 

Last, but not least, Paris in our HR team, was presented with an award for always living the RJV Foundations. In her time here Paris has consistently worked in a collaborative and enthusiastic manner, displaying great work ethic and pride in everything she does.
