Our advantages in the mining sector
Our competitive advantages are not generic claims. They are specific, provable and relevant to every civil package we tender.
Safety culture built over seven decades
Learn More
Our safety systems and culture are built for high-consequence civil construction. Every team that comes to your site is from a workforce where safety is embedded, not bolted on. RJV is ISO-certified across quality, environment and safety.
Financial stability that protects your project
Learn More
RJV represents a low-risk contracting partner, supported by a robust and long operating history. Our financial independence allows us to price work responsibly and ensures we have the capacity to complete projects without compromise.
Owned, well-maintained heavy fleet
Learn More
We own our earthmoving fleet, we don’t hire it. Every machine is serviced and maintained to a high standard by our own workshop team before it arrives on your site. No surprises with availability, no delays waiting on hire equipment and no cost blow-out from equipment downtime. Our fleet is one of the largest and most diverse privately owned in WA.
No surprises commercial model
Learn More
We work directly with end-user mining companies and negotiate commercial terms we can actually deliver on. Our approach includes transparent cost reporting, proactive variation management and clear risk allocation from tender stage. We do not subcontract to head contractors and we do not take on contracts with terms we cannot meet.
