Further stages awarded at four masterplanned projects

12 June, 2023

RJV’s earthworks and civil infrastructure development of Perth’s northern corridor continues with the award of new stages at three masterplanned coastal communities. A further stage has also been awarded at the Ocean Hill Estate in Lakelands near Mandurah.

Amberton Estate, Alkimos

We have been onsite at Amberton since 2013, performing land development and civil works for client Stockland.

The latest stage awarded is Stage 34 Civil, which will see a continuation of works, including all services and roads, to create 34 new lots. The new scope includes approximately 850m of retaining walls, 550m of sewer up to 7m deep with expectation of hard rock, 450m of stormwater and 5000m2 of road.

Catalina, Mindarie & Clarkson

The new Stage 38 will be a continuation of works for client Satterley, including earthworks and civil works to deliver 64 lots.

Earthworks includes 55,000m3 of cut, with 35,000 being exported by road trucks to the Catalina coastal lots to enable balancing of materials across the development. Additionally, over 1km of retaining walls, nearly 600m of sewer, 450m of stormwater and 5500m2 of roadworks will be constructed.

We have been onsite at Catalina since development began in 2011.

Shorehaven, Alkimos

We have been developing Peet’s Shorehaven estate since 2009. The latest Stage 13 will see all services and roads completed for 55 lots in addition to public open space. Nine lots are cottage lot style with staircase and landings to the public area. The scope includes over 1km of walls, 600m of sewer, 500m of stormwater and 6500m2 of roads.

Ocean Hill Estate, Lakelands

With the award of Stage 3A, works are continuing for Satterley at Ocean Hills in Lakelands where we have been onsite since 2021. Under the new stage, construction of services and roads will create 35 new lots and public open space. Eleven of the lots are cottage style with staircase and landings to the public area. Approx 750m of retaining walls, 300m of sewer up to 4m deep, 200m of stormwater and 2500m2 of road will be developed.
