RJV CEO Tim Ryan Acquires 100% of the Company

16 June, 2026

RJV, one of Western Australia’s most established civil construction and mining services contractors, today announces that RJV CEO Tim Ryan has acquired the balance of shares from RJV Chairman and founding family member John Vincent.

The transaction sees Mr Ryan become the 100% owner of RJV, consolidating leadership of the business under one of its longest-serving executives, as Mr Vincent steps into full time retirement.

The ownership change has been structured to ensure full continuity of operations, with no changes to RJV’s leadership team, service delivery or client and partner commitments.

Acknowledging a founding family legacy

Established in 1955, RJV has built a 70-year track record of delivering civil construction projects across Western Australia.

Mr Vincent, son of RJV founder Ron Vincent, joined the family business in its earliest years, growing RJV from a regional bulldozing operation into a multi-disciplined and highly respected state-wide contractor.

Under Mr Vincent’s leadership, RJV delivered some of WA’s most significant infrastructure projects, including the satellite city of Joondalup, the development of Perth’s northern corridor and the first residential canal development at Port Geographe in Busselton.

A platform for continued growth

Mr Ryan joined RJV in 2002 and has led the business since late 2017, overseeing significant growth and diversification across the company’s four core divisions: civil infrastructure, mining services, urban renewal and marine infrastructure.

“Over the past several years, we’ve built a business grounded in strong relationships, quality delivery and a long-term vision for the future,” said Mr Ryan. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved alongside John Vincent and the wider RJV team. This next chapter provides an exciting opportunity to continue growing our capabilities, supporting our clients and investing in a more sustainable future for Western Australia’s civil construction and mining sectors.”
