RJV awarded High Wycombe urban renewal project for Development WA

RJV is proud to announce the award of the High Wycombe Residential Development project, delivered for DevelopmentWA. This significant urban renewal project will support the transformation of the High Wycombe area into a modern residential and mixed-use precinct, enhancing connectivity and community infrastructure.

The project is scheduled to commence this month, with works involving a comprehensive scope focused on preparing the site for future development while delivering critical enabling infrastructure.

Key elements of the project include extensive earthworks and remediation across the existing lots to ensure the land is suitable for long-term residential and mixed-use use. RJV will also undertake the realignment of Sultana Road West, which will form a new main road providing improved access to the High Wycombe Train Station and surrounding transport network.

In addition, the project includes the construction of new internal roads and the installation of essential services to support the future development. This includes delivery of new underground services and the construction of a new water main along Maida Vale Road, ensuring reliable servicing for the growing community.
