New stages awarded across our community development and civil infrastructure projects

31 January, 2024

RJV continues to progress earthworks and civil works across four significant projects from long standing to newly awarded projects.

Ocean Hill Estate, Lakelands

Our crews have been operating at Ocean Hill since 2021 helping to progress the land into a sun-kissed community for new residents. Developed by client Satterley Property Group, Ocean Hill is set to bring city-style amenities such as specialty stores and restaurants in combination with the picturesque Mandurah coastline and lush green spaces. The newly awarded stages, 9B bulk earthworks and 9B civil works will continue the work we have done so far on the development.

Eglinton Village, Eglinton

Awarded to RJV in 2023 by client Cedar Woods, the Eglinton community is located just 45km north-west of Perth’s CBD and just 1.9km from the beach. Planned to house over 1,200 families, we have been completing bulk earthworks and civil works on the development, including the recently awarded Stage 3 civil works.

Elavale, Eglinton

In 2020 we commenced work on PEET Limited’s Elavale masterplanned community development, delivering bulk earthwork packages and civil subdivision stages. The newly awarded Stage 7B civil works brings our work on Elevale into 2024 and we continue to work closely with Peet Limited to bring the Elavale neighbourhood to life. The development will ultimately provide over 1,000 residential lots for Perth residents with a planned school site for future development.

Yanchep Golf Estate, Yanchep

Our crews have been onsite at PEET Limited’s Yanchep Golf Estate since its beginning in 2011, with the newly awarded Stage 6D continuing our long line of work on the development. Situated on Yanchep Beach Road between the Sun City Country Club and the Yanchep National Park, our RJV teams have worked closely with both engineering and environmental consultants to ensure the delivery of this impressive estate exists harmoniously within its natural surroundings.
