New projects gearing up in 2024

In late 2023, RJV was awarded significant new projects across the Perth metro area including Yanchep Junction and Orion Industrial Park.

Yanchep Junction, Yanchep

Adjoining Yanchep City Centre – a civil works project also being undertaken by RJV – and in close proximity to the Yanchep Train Station due to open in 2024, Yanchep Junction is a pivotal piece of land development.  Under development by Australian real estate developer, Wolfdene, the project promises to be an exciting new coastal community for Perth’s northern suburbs.

We will be undertaking stage 1 bulk earthworks next month. We are proud to be involved with Wolfdene in the delivery of Yanchep Junction, and we look forward to putting another quality development on the ground in Yanchep and within the City of Wanneroo.

Orion Industrial Park, Wattleup

Set across 95ha of former limestone quarries and strategically positioned within the Western Trade Coast, DevelopmentsWA’s Orion Industrial Park is set to become a strategic hotspot for 50 businesses, providing exceptional access to key markets. With generously proportioned roads and easy access to the surrounding road network, this area is designed to cater for heavy vehicle movement and will offer a significant strategic advantage to businesses in the freight, logistics, warehousing, fabrication and engineering industries. 

Currently being fast-tracked to meet the market’s immediate and medium term land requirements, we are gearing up for stage 2 civil works.
