Turning the first sod at Henley Brook

30 November, 2023

Cedar Woods’ latest development Henley Brook officially kicked off with the sod turning event last week.

On 21 November, RJV civil infrastructure manager Ellis Atherton, alongside Cedar Woods WA State Manager Ben Rosser, City of Swan mayor Tanya Richardson and Uncle Len Yarran, among others, attended the ceremony which formally launches RJV’s stage 1 works at the project.

Henley Brook is set to be another bustling lifestyle community in Perth’s east. RJV is excited to be breaking ground on the new development, currently contracted to complete both stage 1 works and external services.

The work will include bulk earthworks and construction of all civil works for the first 38 lots with external works involving the reconstruction and widening of Henley Street into a median separate dual carriageway road, and the upgrade of Andrea Drive. RJV will also be replacing the current overhead power lines, installing 2200m of external sewer, and more.
