New stages awarded at four significant urban development projects

5 December, 2023

RJV continues to progress earthworks and civil across four significant master planned communities both north and south of Perth.

Catalina Estate, Tamala Park

Winning the Catalina subdivision works in 2011, our teams have worked continuously and diligently on site for Tamala Park Regional Council. The new stage awarded, Stage 41-43 bulk earthworks, is expected to be brought to completion within budget and on time, in line with the previous stages.

With extensive knowledge of Perth’s northern coastal corridor, we have been able to quickly assess and execute strategic plans which improve our efficiency at every stage of this project. Working closely with the consulting engineer and client at Catalina has ensured that the operation continues to run smoothly.

Lakelands Estate, City of Mandurah

We have been awarded Stage 77 by PEET Limited for its Lakelands master planned community. Set to house 1,600 homes, the estate boasts close proximity to the beach, Mandurah train station and freeway access, a $50m shopping centre, two new schools, a new library, community centre and a swimming school.

We have been on site and at work since 2018, adhering to strict environmental controls relating to both flora and fauna, an integral part of RJV’s management strategies at Lakelands.

Amberton Estate, Alkimos

Our land development and civil work for client Stockland continue with the newly awarded Stage 30B and 12C at Amberton Estate.

Onsite at Amberton since 2013, this stage will see the continuation of our current works as we continue to develop the area.

Eden Beach, Jindalee

Our teams continue to progress operations at Eden Beach with the award of Stage 36 by Satterley Property Group. Onsite since 2000, we have now been operating at Eden Beach for over two decades, performing bulk earthworks and underground services.
