Employee recognition award for May 2018

RJV is currently executing a project in the goldfields of Western Australia which involves the raising of an existing tailings dam, in order to provide additional tailings capacity.

Merran King, RJV Mining Services’ Site Administrator for this project, has been awarded the May Employee Rewards and Recognition Award as an acknowledgement of her embracing and committing to RJV Mining Services’ core values.

Merran approaches all of her work with great responsibility and shows leadership in sharing her vision with others in the team. She treats her workmates with respect, and is a good team worker, being thoughtful of others, and cooperative in her interactions.

She continually puts in that extra effort on the project, including her willingness in taking on additional responsibilities to ensure the project runs smoothly. She holds herself accountable, and the attention to detail and accuracy of her work is commendable, achieving levels of excellence that add a great deal professionalism to the company.
