RJV awarded works at Maribelle

RJV continues to build momentum in 2026, with another exciting project secured in Perth’s northern growth corridor!

We’re pleased to announce our involvement in Maribelle, a new private residential estate by Wolfdene, located in Mariginiup.

Maribelle is a boutique, master-planned community set alongside Mariginiup Lake, designed to deliver a unique balance of natural amenity and urban connectivity. The development will feature approximately 155 residential lots within a 9-hectare estate, complemented by green open space and a strong focus on preserving the surrounding natural environment. 

Ideally positioned just 30 minutes from the Perth CBD and minutes from key infrastructure including the Mitchell Freeway, Joondalup city centre and major retail and education hubs, Maribelle is set to become a highly desirable residential address in the north. 

 RJV has been awarded a package of works comprising four separable portions:

• Stages 1–3 Bulk Earthworks

• Stage 1 Civil Works

• Stage 2 Civil Works

• Stage 3 Civil Works
