RJV awarded Stage 1 works at Lot 2029 Forrest Road
RJV is pleased to announce we have been awarded Stage 1 works at Lot 2029 Forrest Road, Hilbert – a new project, and the beginning of a new client relationship with 828 Property.
Our crews will deliver bulk earthworks and civil construction as part of the broader 85-lot residential development, with works scheduled to commence this month.
Scope of works
- RJV has been awarded a full package of Stage 1 works, comprising:
- Site clearing, topsoil stripping and stockpiling
- Bulk earthworks and cut-to-fill across the stage
- Stormwater and subsoil drainage
- Sewer and water infrastructure
- Road subgrade preparation and pavement construction
- Kerbing, footpaths and service conduits
- Streetlighting infrastructure
- Lot finishing and handover
