RJV awarded multiple stages at Claravale – The Brook, Hilbert
RJV is pleased to announce the award of Stages 5–9 at Claravale – The Brook in Hilbert for Parcel Property, further strengthening our involvement in one of Perth’s emerging residential growth corridors.
The works will see RJV deliver critical civil infrastructure to support the next stages of this growing community, including the construction of underground services, retaining walls, roadworks and finishing treatments. These works will play an important role in preparing the land for future homes and public spaces as the development continues to expand.
Supporting a growing community in Hilbert
Claravale is a new residential estate located in Hilbert, approximately 35 minutes south-east of the Perth CBD, positioned at the foot of the Darling Ranges. The community has been designed to provide an affordable, family-focused lifestyle with convenient access to surrounding amenities, transport connections and schools.
The estate is made up of two key precincts – The Brook and The Ranges – offering a range of homesites designed to suit families, first home buyers and investors. The Brook precinct, where RJV will be delivering these new stages, is located near Wungong Brook and is planned to include a vibrant residential neighbourhood supported by parks, open space and future retail and community facilities.
When fully developed, The Brook is expected to deliver approximately 1,000 homesites, contributing to the broader transformation of Hilbert into a thriving suburban community within Perth’s south-east growth corridor.
Delivering essential civil infrastructure
As part of the project, RJV will deliver a range of civil construction works essential to the development of the subdivision, including:
- Installation of underground services such as water, sewer, drainage and utilities
- Construction of retaining walls to manage site levels and support the subdivision layout
- Roadworks including pavement construction and kerbing
- Final finishing works to prepare the lots and public infrastructure for future development
These works form the backbone of the development, ensuring the land is serviced and ready for residential construction.
