RJV Awarded Civil Works Contract for Lefroy Development

RJV is proud to announce that we have been awarded the civil works contract by DevelopmentWA for the new Lefroy development on the former TAFE Beaconsfield site.

The Lefroy development is a landmark urban renewal project that will transform the former education precinct into a vibrant residential community, delivering 82 medium-density residential lots and two mixed use / group housing lots. The development will also repurpose the existing drainage basins and vegetated areas into three new public open spaces and access-ways through the site.

As part of this contract, RJV will be responsible for delivering a full package of civil works, including earthworks, underground services, and road and drainage construction. Our experienced team will work closely with DevelopmentWA and project stakeholders to ensure the site is prepared to the highest standard, ready for future building and community development.

RJV has a strong track record of delivering major land development projects across Western Australia. Our involvement in the Lefroy project reinforces our long-standing partnership with DevelopmentWA and our commitment to building communities that support Western Australia’s growth.
