RJV Awarded Bulk Earthworks Contract at Skyfields by Perth Airport

RJV is pleased to announce the award of a new bulk earthworks contract for Skyfields by Perth Airport, marking our first project for this new client.

The project forms part of the West South (Dunreath Green) precinct and involves early works across approximately 26 hectares within the Airport Estate. The development is targeted at future commercial and industrial leases, strategically located adjacent to the existing Dunreath Drive retail precinct.

Scope of Works

RJV’s scope includes the delivery of early works to prepare the site for subsequent development phases, including:

  • Clearing and topsoil removal across the site
  • Removal of excess vegetation offsite
  • Processing and management of topsoil
  • Site stabilisation to enable the next stage of works to commence

Upon completion, the site will be fully stabilised and ready for follow-on works, supporting the long-term vision for this key precinct within Perth Airport’s Estate.
