RJV is pleased to announce we have been awarded the Stage 11 and Stage 12 bulk earthworks, together with the Stage 11 civil infrastructure works, at Alkimos Vista – a masterplanned coastal community being delivered in partnership by Stockland and DevelopmentWA.
Work across these stages is already well underway. The Stage 12 civil infrastructure scope was recently awarded to RJV and is scheduled to commence in September, building on the momentum of the earthworks program and reinforcing a strong working relationship with the project team.
The combined scope sees our Civil & Urban team delivering large-scale bulk earthworks across Stages 11 and 12, alongside the full civil infrastructure package for Stage 11, including roadworks, drainage and underground services that will shape the next chapters of this growing community.

Alkimos Vista is a masterplanned coastal community in Alkimos, approximately 40 kilometres north of the Perth CBD.
