Retaining valuable capability
RJV has celebrated several significant employee service anniversaries in recent months. The long tenure of many of our people – from operators through to our senior management team – is symbolic of our strong values-based culture and the support we provide to everyone at every level across the business.
The vast knowledge and skill that we’ve been able to retain and pass on to new team members over the decades has played a key role in the reliability and consistency of our service to clients, our stability and our sustained growth.
Over the past 12 months, we have recognised a number of employees reaching 10, 15 and 20 year milestones:
Digby Samson, an experienced plant operator, celebrated his 20 years in March and our CEO Tim Ryan clocked his 20 years in August!
Accomplishing their 15 year milestones were our senior accounts officer Jan Clark, plant operator Glenn McGowan, estimating manager Clint Bick and construction manager Michael Brunton.
The year has also been filled with employees reaching their 10 years: loader operator Brett Hodgetts, senior project manager Chris Beggan, senior HSEQ advisor Brad Cole, accountant Tejas Shah and accounts payable officer Leanne Brookes. We value their loyalty and the many contributions all these amazing people have brought to RJV over the years.
