Operating since 1955, RJV is among WA’s most established civil construction and mining contractors.

We provide a range of earthworks and civil infrastructure services to some of Australia’s biggest land developers, helping to bring Perth’s newest subdivisons and urban renewal projects to life. With many civil project sites across the Perth metropolitan area, we are committed to supporting the local communities and economies in which we operate.

One of the ways we are doing this is by offering specific local opportunities residents who reside in, and suitable companies that are registered in, the local government authorities in which we are operating. By creating opportunities for people to work closer to where they live, we hope to enable our people to achieve greater work/life balance, help develop local economies and contribute to a more sustainable WA.

Criteria to register

To register your interest in a role, you must permanently reside in one of the below local government areas and meet the essential criteria for the role, outlined below. Women and First Nations candidates are strongly encouraged.

  • Valid white card
  • Valid tickets (if applying for supervisor or plant operator roles)
  • Valid HSEQ qualifications (if applying for HSEQ roles)
  • Trade certificate (for HD/LV mechanic roles)
