Nautic Estate residential community in Two
Rocks.

Detail

Scope is for full earthworks and civil works for the next release of 116 lots, comprising:

  • 200,000 BCM of earthworks
  • 2.9km of retaining walls
  • 14,000 m2 of road pavements
  • 3.2km of water reticulation and sewer up to 5m deep (1.6km of each)
  • 1.1 km of stormwater drainage
  • Development of central public open space area and tie into existing Montebello
    Boulevard
