RJV is providing bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure at Maribelle, a new private residential estate by Wolfdene, located in Mariginiup.

Detail

Maribelle is a boutique, master-planned community set alongside Mariginiup Lake, designed to deliver a unique balance of natural amenity and urban connectivity. The development will feature approximately 155 residential lots within a 9-hectare estate, complemented by green open space and a strong focus on preserving the surrounding natural environment. 

RJV has been awarded a package of works comprising four separable portions:

  • Stages 1–3 Bulk Earthworks
  • Stage 1 Civil Works
  • Stage 2 Civil Works
  • Stage 3 Civil Works
