Key Challenges
The site was relatively remote with no local aerodrome, so mobilisation was challenging. The travel time to site meant that the project had to be resourced with more people so that lost time could be factored in.
RJV Advantage
The project was completed on time to an outstanding quality despite the testing conditions.
Innovation
The project was required to be completed with very strict QA/QC controls in place. RJV pride themselves on being able to monitor quality throughout the project. When practical completion was reached, MDRs were ready to be handed over to the client complete with all the documents stipulated ready for the Aerodrome to be used.
Safety Record
Zero lost time injuries.
