Claravale is a new residential estate in Hilbert, around 35 minutes south-east of the Perth CBD, located at the base of the Darling Ranges. The development is designed to offer an affordable, family-oriented lifestyle with strong access to local amenities, transport links, and schools.
The estate comprises two key precincts — The Brook and The Ranges — catering to families, first home buyers, and investors. RJV will be delivering new stages within The Brook precinct, which is positioned near Wungong Brook and planned as a vibrant neighbourhood with parks, open spaces, and future retail and community facilities. Once complete, The Brook is expected to deliver around 1,000 homesites, supporting Hilbert’s growth into a well-established suburban community.
