Key Challenges
- Critical time restraints placed on the RJV project team by the client due to an accelerated construction programme.
- RJV had to be self-sufficient due to no project infrastructure and resources being available being a greenfield project including accommodation. An example of that was HD fitters who travelled from a camp 45 min away each day.
- Due to limited project space RJV had to demobilise equipment and infrastructure in 7 days including all domes, oil stores, offices, lunchrooms, and storage containers.
RJV Advantage
- Resourceful and self-sufficient
- Effective project time management that was maintained throughout the project
- Flexible to achieve outcomes
- Strong business and client partnerships were developed
Innovation
RJV developed systems and processes required to manage the project’s remote nature. The project was an outstanding display of teamwork and effective client partnering to achieve an outstanding outcome.
Safety Record
Zero lost time injuries.
