New Projects Awarded

We finished off the EOFY strong with the award of three new contracts in recent weeks across the Perth metro area.

Nautic Estate

We’re pleased to announce we have been awarded stage 3 works at the new Nautic Estate residential community in Two Rocks.

Our crews will perform full earthworks and civil works for the next release of 116 lots, comprising:

– 200,000 BCM of earthworks

– 2.9km of retaining walls

– 14,000 m2 of road pavements

– 3.2km of water reticulation and sewer up to 5m deep (1.6km of each)

– 1.1 km of stormwater drainage

– Development of central public open space area and tie into existing Montebello Boulevard

Wellard Farm

This exciting new housing development is being delivered by a tier 1 land developer and will play a key role in supporting Perth’s growing southern corridor.

Our team is looking forward to getting boots on the ground and bringing our extensive experience in bulk earthworks and civil construction to Perth’s newest estate.

Nara

Stockland’s Nara is set to transform Fremantle’s future, welcoming over 500 new residents into 206 architecturally designed, all-electric townhouses and single bed apartments. 

Each home will feature 7-star NatHERS ratings, solar and battery infrastructure, integrated with Virtual Power Plant technology. 

RJV is providing demolition, earthworks and civils services to prepare the site for build.
