RJV awarded Stage 1 East of the Beach civil works for client Urban Quarter

RJV are very pleased to announce that we have been successful with our tender submission for Stage 1 of “East of the Beach”, with the works commencing on site on 8th October 2018. 

RJV are carrying out bulk earthworks and a full suite of underground service works, retaining walls and roadworks on the site in preparation for the delivery of Stage 1 to the public, anticipated to be in May 2019.  

East of the Beach is located along the north western coastal strip of metropolitan Perth, accessed from Marmion Avenue in Alkimos, and will be the first development with our new client Urban Quarter. We look forward to forging a strong relationship with Urban Quarter through the delivery of East of the Beach Stage 1, along with continuing our strong working relationship with engineering consultants for the project Cossill and Webley.
