Introduction of employee reward and recognition program
RJV is committed to providing our employees with a positive and encouraging work environment.
Every day is an opportunity for colleagues, co-workers and managers/supervisors to recognise employees for their service and contribution to the Company and the organisational achievements. From the beginning of 2018, RJV has launched a new Rewards and Recognition program “The way we work” to acknowledge individuals for exceptional contribution to their team, area of work, the clients and/or to the Company as whole just to name a few.
This program creates awards on a monthly basis throughout the year to highlight activities that have benefited RJV and its employees.
We encourage our staff to nominate their team mates and staff (if you are a supervisor) by the following qualities, traits or characteristics:
“The way we work” is an overarching program of continued improvement to RJV’s management system and critical processes targeting the following core objectives:
- The prevention of injuries and incidents in the workplace
- To deliver financial performance, productivity and product quality above industry norms
- To deliver an outstanding customer experience
- To create and employee experience to attract and retain crucial talent and optimise individual and collective potential.
