Green light for Wellard Green

RJV is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the new bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure contract at the new Wellard Green residential development in the suburb of Wellard in Perth’s south. This is latest subdivision to be developed by property developer Wolfdene.

The estate comprises 146 lots set within a boutique, private community. By combining lifestyle amenity (wetlands, nature reserve adjacency, coastal proximity) with strategic transport and employment connectivity, Wellard Green aims to deliver a modern family-friendly community in a growth corridor.

Our teams will begin on site in January to perform bulk earthworks and four civil stages.
