Atlantis Beach is a master planned coastal development commissioned by the Capricorn Joint Venture located in Two Rocks.
Once complete the development will house over 5,000 residents, include five primary and secondary schools as well as an assortment of commercial and public open spaces.
RJV is currently engaged at both the Breakwater and Blaxland precincts within the development, completing subdivision works and preparing residential lots and civil infrastructure, including retaining wall construction, underground services and road construction.
Civil subdivision stages are progressing concurrent to bulk earthworks operations with no signs of works slowing down in what is becoming an ever-increasingly desirable place to live.
The Two Rocks area is notorious for extremely hard limestone cap rock that slows production at every step of construction.
RJV has extensive experience dealing with these rocky conditions and fleet of plant to match including several D10, D11 dozers and specialist rock trenching excavators.
Working at the Northern most point of Perth’s urban sprawl brings a unique set of challenges that RJV manages while continuing to provide the same high level of project resourcing and service that our clients have come to expect.
