Alkimos Vista is a masterplanned coastal community in Alkimos, approximately 40 kilometres north of the Perth CBD. A sister development to neighbouring Alkimos Beach, it sits on the doorstep of the future Alkimos Central city centre, with the Alkimos train station within walking distance of parts of the estate and the beach just minutes away.

The estate holds a 5 Star Green Star certification from the Green Building Council of Australia, with more than half the community dedicated to parks and recreation reserves. Every home sits within 400 metres of a park, including the 2.5-hectare Picasso Park – WA’s first SunSmart-endorsed park.
